Job Description

B2B Project Management – Suppliers management, material trading, sales & marketing – export, logistic & warehousing, processing, documentation, data collection & etc.  

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Circular Project Executive to manage and oversee various B2B projects related to material trading, sales and marketing (export), logistics, warehousing, and more. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent operational abilities, and a keen understanding of the circular economy. This role involves interacting with Suppliers, managing operations, and ensuring successful project execution from start to finish. 

 

Job Purpose 

  • Execute projects and meet the KPI. 
  • Engage proactively with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Ensure professional implementation of operations aligned with company mission & vision, practices and KPI. 
  • Learning and staying updated on new developments in company sustainability, ESG, policies, regulations, new technologies, businesses and solutions. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  1. Project Management 
  • Develop comprehensive plans and strategies for each assigned project. 
  • Ensure projects remain on track, meet deadlines, stay within budget, and achieve targeted outcomes. 
  • Liaise with suppliers to understand their needs, requirements, market practices, and expectations. 
  • Approach and onboard potential suppliers for effective collaboration on assigned projects. 
  • Conduct research, surveys, interviews, and market analysis to inform project strategies. 
  • Prepare pitching decks, reports, presentations, and progress updates. 
  • Attend or set up conferences, exhibitions, and workshops on behalf of the company. 

 

  1. Operation Management 
  • Manage the inventory of in-stock and out-stock items in the warehouse. 
  • Perform necessary SOP inspections and documentation for all incoming and outgoing stock. 
  • Manage machinery operations according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). 
  • Monitor workforce activities to ensure they are working in a safe & productive environment. 
  • Support export sales arrangements and handle related documentation. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally. 
  • Create and maintain project documentation and reports. 
  • Work closely with other departments to provide general support for related projects. 
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required. 

 

 

Qualifications 

  • Highly passionate to pursue future career in ESG & Sustainability would be the ideal fit. 
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery, is a plus. 
  • Strong operational management skills, including warehousing, logistic, machinery operations. 
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. 
  • Able to maintain a high level of professional relationships with Suppliers. 
  • Pro-active, strong client-facing skills and able to work as a team. 
  • Good time management, independent and have excellent problem-solving skills. 
  • Also be a self-motivated, positive attitude, open minded and result-oriented team player
